Ongoing WordPress care, with attention to detail.

I monitor, update and test your running website. The engagement begins with a paid audit and qualification, with care scoped around the actual condition of WordPress.

Konrad Dziekan

Strategy, content and code. From diagnosis to implementation.

Responsibility starts with understanding the site.

I review access, backups, hosting, themes, plugins, forms and recovery. If repairs or stabilisation are needed, we agree a separate stage before ongoing care.

Audit and onboarding

An assessment of the environment, risks, access and responsibilities precedes a monthly plan.

Updates and checks

Planned changes include a backup and agreed journey checks. Actual backup retention and recovery capability must be verified.

Reporting and priorities

Receive a record of work, the condition of the site and issues requiring a separate decision.

Development within limits

Small changes fit the stated allowance. New features, integrations, migrations and larger rebuilds are separate projects.

Choose the level of care.

Compare the included work, response times and onboarding before choosing a plan.

Before we start

  • Prices exclude VAT. External costs, licences, hosting, tools, partners and work beyond the included limit are separate unless the proposal says otherwise.
  • The audit starts at PLN 790 excluding VAT for a simple site, PLN 1,590 for a more complex site and PLN 2,990 for WooCommerce or difficult legacy work. Repairs, migration, malware clean-up and stabilisation are quoted separately. An audit does not guarantee acceptance into ongoing care.
  • Unused hours expire at month end unless an individual agreement says otherwise. A response means accepting the report and beginning assessment; it is not a guaranteed resolution time.
  • Standard support hours are business days, 09:00–17:00, excluding public holidays. Out-of-hours work requires confirmed availability and costs PLN 375 excluding VAT per hour, or PLN 500 at night, at weekends or on public holidays. Continuous 24/7 availability requires a separate paid SLA.
  • Backup retention, an off-production copy and recovery capability depend on verified infrastructure and testing. No backup arrangement guarantees recovery of every item in every circumstance.

What you get from this work.

  • Agreed responsibilities and a reporting channel.
  • Regular technical checks and the work included in the plan.
  • Reporting and a clear boundary between care and development.

From a first conversation to implementation.

I lead the diagnosis and key decisions. We agree the scope and responsibilities before implementation.

  1. Audit and qualification

Assess the environment and suitability for ongoing care.

  2. Onboarding

Agree the scope, tests, backups, reporting and response rules.

  3. Ongoing care

Deliver the plan, report the work and identify requirements outside it.

Before you decide.

Does care include hosting and email?

Only when the plan or agreement names them explicitly. Hosting, DNS, CDN and email have separate responsibility boundaries.

Do unused hours carry over?

No. Included hours expire at month end unless an individual agreement says otherwise.

What is a critical report?

Examples include full unavailability, a broken checkout or key form, active malware, data loss or a blocked critical function.

Is the response target a repair time?

No. It covers acknowledgement and the start of assessment. Resolution depends on cause, access, suppliers and scope.

Can a builder-based site qualify?

A builder does not automatically disqualify a site, but its condition and rollback options affect price and responsibility.

Can an infected site enter care?

Incident response, access changes, integrity checks and stabilisation come first. Qualification follows only after that work.
