Scope first. Then the estimate.

Guide prices for SEO, WordPress and websites, with the scope behind each amount. The final estimate depends on the starting condition, requirements and responsibilities.

A starting point for your budget.

All prices exclude VAT and are stated in PLN. “From” is an entry price for a defined scope, not a fixed quote for every website.

Some work needs an individual estimate.

SEO audit

Technical and content diagnosis with implementation priorities. Quoted after reviewing the website.

Content marketing

Topic strategy, expert articles and service content. The estimate depends on the research, format and editorial scope.

Systems and integrations

Processes beyond a standard company website, including complex integrations and custom solutions.

What shapes the final estimate?

The estimate reflects what needs to be organised, built, corrected and maintained. Existing technical debt and missing access can change the work required.

  • Current website condition
  • Number of pages and content
  • SEO and structured data
  • Performance and forms
  • Integrations and multilingual scope
  • Agent readiness and responsibilities

What the entry price does not settle.

External costs

Licences, hosting, domains, paid tools, new content production, link acquisition, extensive implementation, integrations, migrations, specialist partners and emergency work are separate unless the proposal says otherwise.

Scope before commitment

Technical debt, infrastructure, data quality and approval requirements affect feasibility. Diagnosis establishes the work and who is responsible for each part.

Agreed work and controls

SEO rankings, sales and uninterrupted operation depend on factors beyond one supplier’s control. The estimate covers agreed work, controls and a response model; it is not an outcome guarantee.

From your requirement to an estimate.

  1. Describe the situation

Share the website, problem, goal and known constraints.

  2. I review the context

I identify the relevant work and any information that is still needed.

  3. We define the scope

We agree priorities, responsibilities and exclusions.

  4. You receive an estimate

The first step reflects the actual requirement.

Let’s define a useful first step.

I’m Konrad Dziekan. Send the website address and a few sentences about your goal. We can then discuss the scope and budget.
